The mission of the Rucks Department of Management is to create and disseminate knowledge about the effective and ethical management of organizations by leveraging and developing resources and understanding environmental opportunities and demands. Our faculty members pursue diverse research agendas to advance knowledge of strategic management, the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations, and the management of human resources.
Every day, we’re driven by our commitment to developing critical knowledge related to these topics and to integrating it into undergraduate and graduate curricula.
