One example is our Strong Schools, Strong Communities model, which bridges school and community needs through strengths-based programming and stakeholder collaboration. Through a community-based pilot with the Gardere Initiative, we supported youth leadership and community connectedness by emphasizing strengths-based development, relationship-building, and student voice as levers for engagement and achievement.
