Your generosity on LSU Giving Day impacts the following priority initiatives:
1. LSUE General Foundation Support Fund
The LSUE General Foundation Support Fund is truly the engine that enables the LSUE Foundation to secure over $1 million in contributions annually. These annual contributions allow the LSUE Foundation to provide student scholarships, programmatic improvement, teaching support for faculty, and much more!
2. LSUE Foundation Golden Award
Increased scholarship support for LSUE's students will ensure an excellent education remains accessible and affordable for all who wish to pursue higher education. Students receiving scholarship support will be able to focus fully on the content of their studies. Performing well academically will prepare students for employment that benefits them and their communities. Our goal is to provide support for 10 students annually.
3. Office of Student Support Services
A student emergency fund is necessary to assist students with small one-time needs, tutoring services, and much more. Funds also support student events, treats during finals, and much more.
